Marathon International has been honored with the prestigious title of “ESG Champion in Logistics 2025” in the Climate Protection category during the 13th Women in Logistics Forum in Gdańsk. This recognition underscores the company’s commitment to environmental responsibility in transportation through tangible actions yielding measurable results.

The company consistently minimizes the environmental impact of freight transport by integrating modern technologies with practical measures. Its Eco-driving training program, supported by the Trimble telematics system, has led to significant behavioral changes among over 500 drivers. In 2024, the fleet’s average fuel consumption was 21.42 liters per 100 km, with an average annual distance of 106,705 km, resulting in substantial CO₂ savings.

A key initiative is the upcycling project “Second Life for Tarpaulins,” promoting a circular economy by reducing waste and enhancing ecological awareness among employees and partners.

“This award is a testament to the dedication of our entire team, especially our drivers and the Maintenance department, who implement our ESG strategy with full commitment. When technology meets passion and responsibility, great things happen!” – commented Aleksandra Kaszub, COO of Marathon International.
